Passionate Evangelism As followers of Jesus Christ, our church should do whatever it takes within scriptural guidelines to reach those who are not already in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ (Matthew 12:44-46; Luke 5:30-32; I Corinthians 9:19-23; Matthew 28:18-20). - People matter to God so they matter to us. - Totally committed followers of Christ by definition do the work of evangelism. - This value incorporates the concepts of relational evangelism and evangelism as a process. - This value also incorporates a commitment to the great commission through multiplying churches that multiply churches. - Eternal CPR - Cultivating relationships with those who do not know Christ, Planting seeds of truth, Reaping a harvest for Christ. |
