Godly Servant Leadership • As a church, we must always preach and teach the true Word of God and be ready to preach and teach anytime and anywhere (II Timothy 4:1-5). • Our church leadership will consist of men and women who are committed to Jesus Christ first as well as our families. •Our church leadership will strive to use the gifts that God has given us responsibly to fulfill the mission of the church (I Timothy 4:12b). - Being role models and examples of Godly men and women to the church and the community. - Having honest, open and caring relationships between the staff and volunteer leaders. - Being accountable to each other and full of integrity. |
